Smoothie Recipes

Here’s a list of my favorite smoothie recipes using Arbonne protein or you can use a similar protein (even though Arbonne is my favorite : ) ). You can use these as a meal replacement or after a tough strength workout.

Cinnamon Bun Shake

Ingredients

1 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder (or similar protein)

1⁄4 tsp Vanilla extract

1⁄4 tsp Cinnamon

1⁄4 tsp Nutmeg

1 cup Almond Milk

3 Ice cubes

Blend in blender or nutri-bullet until smooth

Strawberry Mint Smoothie

2 scoops Arbonne Protein Vanilla

1/2 scoop of Arbonne fiber

1/4 squeeze of lemon

4-5 frozen strawberries

2 sprigs mint

1/4 avocado

1/2 c Almond Milk

1/2 c Water

3 Ice Cubes

Blend until smooth.
