Across three intentional nights, we’ll move our bodies through energizing Pilates classes, explore the map to your truest alignment through a Human Design workshop including personalized packets about your design, make meaningful crafts, sip curated wines and mocktails, and share the kind of soul-deep conversations that only happen when women come together with purpose — and zero distractions.

Samantha Gipson

Pilates instructor, travel enthusiast, spa junkie, spiritual seeker, toddler mom

Samantha Gipson is a Pilates instructor, mentor, and community builder who has been teaching full-time since 2015. Known for her intuitive teaching style, her sharp eye for movement, and her “you’ve absolutely got this” coaching energy, Samantha helps people feel strong, capable, and deeply at home in their bodies.

She is the founder of the Samantha Gipson Pilates Teacher Training Program, where she guides new instructors in developing confident, connected, anatomy-aware teaching skills. Samantha also hosts monthly women’s New Moon Circles—sacred gatherings for grounding, intention-setting, and authentic community.

Bringing women together is at the heart of everything she does. Retreats are her favorite way to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, build genuine friendships, and experience a full mix of movement, rest, play, and self-care. Whether she’s leading a Pilates class, planning a retreat itinerary, or holding space in circle, Samantha blends strength, softness, and soul in a way that makes everyone feel welcome and supported.

Her mission is simple: to help every person who walks through her door (or across her mat) feel more aligned, more empowered, and more deeply connected to their own magic.

Brittany Felton

Human Design Reader, Home Chef, writer, crafter, baker, events enthusiast, meditator

Brittany Felton is a writer, event specialist, Human Design reader and intuitive guide from Atlanta, GA. She spent years living in New York City and Los Angeles pursuing a career in acting until finally she decided to move home and grow roots in familiar soil.

After a career in restaurants spanning 15 years, Brittany hung up her apron to pursue her own passions full time. Growing her Human Design reading business and helping people live into their unique alignment, decondition from the friction of trying to fit into a one size fits all box and explore exactly who they know themselves to be deep down, has been her greatest joy.

She is an avid home cook, baker and host and loves nothing more than feeding friends and loved ones.

Her core purpose is to remind individuals of the power in their authenticity. To find calm confidence in themselves through alignment achieved by living exactly as they are designed to be and to relax into the flow that comes from celebrating their uniqueness.

Sunday

9am: Morning Pilates class
11am: Farewell brunch

12-3pm: pack, enjoy the sauna, hot tub, gym, etc before leaving

I loved everything about Samantha’s retreat in Tulum, MX. Literally everything. The entire experience delivered on mind, body and community connection.  The Pilates classes by both Samantha and Sarah were the BEST with lots of options and variations for ALL levels. I knew Samantha well and love her teaching-style and after meeting Sarah at the retreat, I can understand why they partner together.  While they have their own styles and each bring something different to classes, they both keep it light and fun (but still very challenging if you want it!) The food was fresh, delicious, varied and absolute perfection.  The resort, Pilates “studio” space, and activities were all amazing. At first, I was a little apprehensive about going without knowing anyone well except for Samantha.  Everyone I met at the retreat was truly kind, supportive, respectful and fun.  While the schedule was well planned, guests could “dip-in-and-out” as they pleased based on what they wanted to get out of the experience- there was no judgement at all from anyone. I left with my heart completely full and with renewed energy and focus.  I signed up for the ’25 retreat the second I received the email and wouldn’t miss it for the world.

”I cannot rave enough about Samantha’s retreat. It was absolutely wonderful and exactly what I needed. I can tell Samantha put a lot of thought into every detail and it didn’t go unnoticed. I wish this could be a monthly retreat because, honestly, I would sign up for each one! I thought the workouts were awesome! The Pilates mat class was both challenging and strenuous, but I felt it was approachable to all fitness levels. Very much an open level with modifications and also ways to make the moves more advanced. I would give it a 10. 

It really was a very special weekend and one I would recommend to everyone I know! Again, you thought of EVERY detail. There wasn’t one thing that I needed or wanted that wasn’t provided. Even things I didn’t know I needed or wanted!”

“Workouts 10. I loved the use of all the props, the balance between posterior and anterior movement patterns, incorporating rests at appropriate times. Samantha’s attention to bringing balance to all the workouts she programmed plus the different classes worked really well and showed how thoughtful she was with programming.

Food 10. I have had stomach issues in the past and sometimes get nervous eating out or food cooked by others, I was pleasantly surprised how good I felt after each meal. It was great to get through the weekend and realize that I didn't eat any bread or other heavy carbs but I never felt hungry nor did I feel that I needed to snack between meals.

I think Samantha & Lindsay did a really good job of offering different activities to suit different tastes. I really enjoyed spending time with everyone while we were working on our looms as well as the cooking class, these would be my two favorite. You had an amazing group of ladies and I throughly enjoyed my time with all of them.

I truly hope I get to participate in another of Cultivate’s fantastic retreats!”
