I’ve spent over a decade inside the fitness industry not just teaching classes, but helping studios and instructors actually work.
For more than 12 years, I’ve taught full-time (20+ classes a week for most of that time), while also building and supporting businesses behind the scenes. I understand the reality of packed schedules, instructor burnout, retention issues, inconsistent revenue, and the tension between heart-led teaching and sustainable profit.
I bring a rare blend of on-the-floor teaching experience, leadership, and business strategy grounded in what actually works, not theory.
