Yes! Begin with the 2nd and 3rd trimester series during the first 3–4 months postpartum (once cleared by your doctor).
These classes aid recovery and help prevent diastasis recti.
You can return to 1st trimester classes around 4–6 months once cleared.

Most range from 10-30 minutes. Add a short walk before or after to enhance circulation and recovery.
