Take the weekend to strengthen and lengthen with empowering Pilates Fusion classes from certified instructor Samantha Autry. Replenish with delicious fresh eats from former Top Chef finalist Lindsay Autry. Experience the beauty of the Catskills Fall season and rejuvenate your spirit.

Pilates Fusion classes daily (3 classes total) - Abs & Booty Burn Class, Total Body Pilates Toning Class, and Tone, Stretch & Release Class
1 Yoga Class with local instructor at Streamside Yoga studio

Check in at Willow Drey Farm will be between 3-5PM on Friday 10/26. First class will be at 5:30pm before Welcome Dinner. Check out will be at 2pm Sunday 10/28.

Samantha Autry
For the retreat she will be teaching Pilates Fusion and Fascia Release and stretch. Her teaching style is Pilates inspired movement working on muscles that improve posture and proper movement, while adding in some cardio boosts to get your heart rate up and burn some calories. Her workouts are tough, but focused on proper form and keeping the mood light and fun. She will include a Fascia Release and Mobility class on Saturday after the hike that will relieve muscle tension, increase mobility in joints, and leaving you feeling refreshed.
Samantha is Core Pilates NYC Mat Certified, Balanced Pilates NYC 500 HR Apparatus Certified, TriggerPoint Myofascia Release and Mobility Certified. She teaches in multiple studios and with private clients around NYC Pilates, TRX, and Strength Training.
You will leave her workouts feeling lengthened, strengthened, and a little sore in the right places.

Your Private Chef
Lindsay Autry
It’s a rare opportunity to enjoy the culinary creations of a chef as talented as Lindsay Autry. Her exceptional skills in the kitchen have earned her the reputation of one of America’s top chefs, and provided her the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the world. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, chef Autry held various chef positions at prominent restaurants on the East Coast and in Mexico. She also made headlines as a finalist on Bravo’s ninth season of “Top Chef.” As a North Carolinia native, Chef Autry describes her cuisine as soulful, embracing Mediterranean flavors while blending in her southern roots. In 2018, Autry received her first James Beard Foundation nomination for “Best Chef: South”.
During the retreat, Lindsay will be our Private Chef and teach a Healthy Cooking and Cocktails class.

Accommodation & Rates
Cultivate. will be hosting at a venue that includes lodging and Yoga studio in Andes, NY. The lodging offers Streamside 1 and Streamside 2 which has seven bedrooms with 10 individual beds 4 bathrooms, 3 showers, and a steam room. The venue also has a full fitness studio where Cultivate. will be hosting all classes. It is located walking distance to town in case you want to spend free time exploring the charming downtown or enjoying a night at Wayside Cider with live music with the group on Saturday night.
The Village of Andes is a wonderful place to get away in all seasons, it’s quiet, but still festive, friendly and fun. Its landscape is unmatched for its beauty. It’s a spiritual place where the rivers run in all directions of the compass.

How to get to Andes..
By Bus from NYC:
Port Authority Trailways bus line offers round trip tickets upstate to and from Andes for $40-$42 each way. Approx. 4 Hours.

By Car from NYC:
Approx. 3 hour drive from GW Bridge. Address will be provided after booking.
